To ensure ImmerseMe functions correctly on your network, please allow outbound access to the services below.
Core ImmerseMe services
Please allow HTTPS and secure WebSocket traffic on TCP port 443 to:
Please allow these domains through your firewall, web proxy and content filtering solution.
If your network performs SSL/TLS inspection, HTTPS decryption or deep packet inspection, please exclude the ImmerseMe domains above where inspection interferes with speech, WebSocket or real-time connections.
Microsoft Azure Speech
ImmerseMe uses Microsoft Azure Speech for speech recognition and text-to-speech.
Please allow outbound traffic on TCP port 443 to:
- *.speech.microsoft.com
AI Chat Mode
ImmerseMe's AI Chat Mode uses LiveKit Cloud for secure, real-time audio communication.
For the best experience, please allow outbound access to:
- *.livekit.cloud — TCP 443
- *.turn.livekit.cloud — TCP 443
- *.host.livekit.cloud — UDP 3478
- UDP ports 50000–60000
- TCP port 7881
Where UDP traffic is restricted, LiveKit can use TCP 443 as a fallback, although allowing UDP traffic will generally provide the best real-time audio performance.
Domain allowlisting
ImmerseMe uses cloud-hosted infrastructure and content delivery networks, so we recommend allowlisting by domain/FQDN rather than fixed IP address.
The IP addresses associated with ImmerseMe, Vercel, Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure and other supporting cloud services may change over time and should not be treated as permanent firewall rules.
Summary
At a minimum, please ensure users can access:
- *.immerseme.com
- *.speech.microsoft.com
- *.livekit.cloud
- *.turn.livekit.cloud
- *.host.livekit.cloud
over the ports specified above.
If ImmerseMe is still inaccessible after these rules have been applied, please contact hello@immerseme.com with details of your firewall, proxy or content filtering environment.
