1. Plan your implementation

  1. Define your goals and success metrics.
  2. Identify key stakeholders and a district champion.
  3. Determine which schools, grades, and languages will be included.
  4. Review licensing and subscription options.

2. Prepare your environment

  1. Review technical requirements.
  2. Ensure devices and broswers are supported.
  3. Allowlist ImmerseMe URLS and domains.
  4. Configure network and firewall settings.

3. Connect your systems

  1. Choose your integration method:
    • SSO (SAML)
    • LMS Integration
    • Roster Sync
  2. Set up SSO or connect your LMS.
  3. Test the connection with a small group.

4. Pilot and validate

  1. Launch a pilot with a small group of teachers and students.
  2. Gather feedback and review usage.
  3. Confirm reporting and data flow.
  4. Make any adjustments before full rollout.

5. Roll out district-wide

  1. Communicate the launch to schools and staff.
