The first time you access an ImmerseMe lesson your browser will ask permission to use your microphone. Press Allow.
Below are screenshots on how to initially set up your microphone depending on which type of browser you're using.
Chrome Microphone Setup
A small pop-up will appear at the top of your Chrome browser asking to use your microphone. Click Allow.
Firefox Microphone Setup
A small pop-up will appear at the top of your Firefox browser requesting access to your microphone. Click Allow.
Safari Microphone Setup
A small pop-up will appear at the top of your Safari browser asking permission to use your microphone. Click Allow.
Note: If you have selected Block or Don't Allow, then you won't be able to complete a lesson and a message will display saying Your microphone is currently not working, please check your browser settings or visit our FAQ page for help.
