How do I troubleshoot my device's speaker?

If you need to configure your speaker settings, please follow the instructions below depending on which type of web browser and device you're using.

Chrome Speaker Fix

Chrome will show a broken speaker icon on the right of the URL if the ImmerseMe website audio is on mute. To solve this, click the broken speaker icon and change to Always allow sound... Press Done and reload the page.

Another way is to click the padlock icon šŸ”’ on the left of the URL, then turn on the Sound.

Or you can right-click on the ImmerseMe tab in the Chrome bar above the URL. If there is an option to Unmute Site, then it means that the ImmerseMe site has been muted. Select this to unmute the site and audio should be playing through your speakers now.
