ISSUE WHAT IT MEANS WHAT YOU CAN TRY
 Microphone isn't working ImmerseMe can't detect your microphone or isn't receiving audio.
  • Check your microphone is connected and turned on.
  • Allow microphone access in your browser/device settings.
  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Try using a different browser.
 No audio Audio may be muted or your device output is not set correctly.
  • Check your device volume and unmute it.
  • Make sure your headset or headphones are connected properly.
  • Try a different headset or speaker.
  • Refresh the page.
 Connection or loading issues Your internet connection may be unstable or slow.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Try switching to a more stable Wi-Fi or wired connection.
  • Close other tabs/apps using bandwidth.
  • Reload the page.
 Speech recognition isn't working The system may not be picking up your speech clearly.
  • Speak clearly and at a natural pace.
  • Reduce background noise.
  • Check your microphone settings.
  • Try again in a quieter environment.
 Unable to log in There may be an issue with your account or password.
  • Check that you're using the correct email/username.
  • Reset your password if needed.
  • Ask your teacher or administrator if you need help.
 Lesson isn't working correctly This could be a temporary browser issue.
  • Refresh the page.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Try a different browser.
  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
